1.1 Binding Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and bdbaju ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bdbaju website located at https://bdbaju.app and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

2.2 Account Registration

To access the full range of bdbaju services, you must register a single personal account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or any alias — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• No corporate or third-party accounts: Accounts must be registered and used solely by the individual named during registration. Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your account, is prohibited.
• Accurate information: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, cancellation of bonuses, and forfeiture of winnings.

2.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bdbaju operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. As part of this programme, we may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, address, payment method ownership, and source of funds. Requested documents may include but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (NID, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)

bdbaju accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. All bets placed and transactions processed through your account are deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified us in writing of a security concern.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdbaju reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time. Any such changes will be communicated on the platform. Cryptocurrency deposits and foreign currency transactions are not accepted under any circumstances.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All funds deposited into your bdbaju account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your account, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within the platform. These limits may be subject to change. Deposits that fall outside applicable limits may be automatically declined or held for manual review.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being fully completed. bdbaju targets settlement of mobile wallet withdrawal requests within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions, though processing times may vary during periods of high volume or scheduled maintenance.

• Where a bonus has been claimed, the applicable wagering requirement must be met in full before a withdrawal of bonus-related funds can be approved.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bdbaju offers various bonuses and promotional incentives including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotional campaigns tied to events such as Eid, BPL, IPL, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
